The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, phone number, device, or payment method used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses therein.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 ug188 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include:
3.4 Accounts registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information will be suspended pending investigation. The Company reserves the right to permanently close any Account found to have been registered fraudulently and to recover any funds obtained through fraudulent registration.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access your Account.
4.2 ug188 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated from the Security section of your account dashboard and requires a one-time code sent to your registered Indonesian mobile number upon login from an unrecognised device.
4.3 You must notify ug188 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ug188 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared login details with a third party.
4.4 ug188 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from ug188 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.
ug188 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited within minutes of confirmation; any delay beyond 30 minutes should be reported to support with the relevant transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered to your ug188 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
6.3 Bonus funds may only be used on games or markets specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Some game categories (for example, certain live dealer tables or low-margin sportsbook markets) may contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all, toward wagering requirements. 7.1 All bets placed on the ug188 Sportsbook are final once confirmed. ug188 does not accept liability for bets placed in error, including incorrect selection of team, market, or stake amount. Players are advised to review the bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
7.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a live game or active bet, ug188 will resolve the situation in accordance with its published game-specific rules. Where a game round cannot be determined due to a system error, the stakes for that round will be returned to the Player's balance.
7.3 Odds displayed on the Sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. ug188 does not guarantee the continuation of any odds displayed prior to confirmation.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ug188's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 ug188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the balance will be reinstated or paid out in full. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the verified account on file within the standard processing timeframe.

14.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
